To ask all the big questions of life

Alpha is a great opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed atmosphere.
A place to ask questions and talk about Christianity

Alpha runs for over 10 weeks, starting from 24 April 2023 and takes place every Monday evening from 19:00 – 20:30 at Campus HUB . Each meeting includes a short talk in the form of a film, followed by a discussion where you can share your thoughts with a small group. If at any time you decide that Alpha is not for you, that’s no problem – there’s no pressure, no follow-up and no cost.

FAQ

We will have our first meeting on 24 April at 7pm at Luisenstraße 39, 10117 Berlin. If you are travelling by public transport, you will find the location easy to reach since it is close to Friedrichstraße and Oranienburger Tor.

You can find the dates and the corresponding topics above under “Dates + Topics”.

The meeting starts with a light meal during which we have a casual conversation. We then watch a lecture together in the form of a film. The content is then discussed in small groups.

Alpha can take place in English as well as in German. We would make the language, e.g. for the talks, dependent on the registrations and the participants.

Nothing! You pay no participation fee or other costs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to catch up on the group discussion, but we can send you the talk digitally for you to catch up on.

The topics build on each other, which is why it is advisable to stay on track. Apart from that, there is an explicit commitment. You can just join, try it out without having to commit to anything.

No. You don’t have to be a church member or have any connection to any church to attend Alpha. Just come along and have a look.

Below you have the possibility to register. The registration helps us to organise the participants and to prepare the meals. However, you are also free to register in another way than the form below. You can also email Abel, the contact person for Alpha, directly with your interest, allergies and intolerances or just come by. We will keep a seat and a plate free for you.
