What we believe
As a Protestant free church, we stand by the Apostolic Confession, the basis of faith of the Protestant Alliance and the Lausanne Declaration. We stand in the tradition of reformatory confessional writings such as the Heidelberg Catechism – with the difference that we emphasize and practice baptism in faith.
What we intend to do
We want to be a community:
where people can get to know Jesus
where authentic relationships form.
that is life-changing
that takes care of one another’s need
which is part of God’s work in the world
What we dream about
Church should not be a boring event to endure, but a living community to enjoy. Living means for us:
Multicultural and generation-spanning.
open and inviting.
Steady and expectant.
Exuberant and cheerful.
Inspired and empowered.
Creative and eager to experiment.
