Frequently asked questions
When you reach out, you’ll be asked to fill out a confidential form and answer a few questions to help us understand your needs and determine the best path forward. If soul care is recommended, you’ll be matched with a “carer”—one of our trained team members—who will meet with you to discuss the challenges you’re facing. You’ll have 2 to 4 sessions together, focused on your specific needs.
Together with your carer, you’ll arrange a time and place that works best for both of you. Sessions are ideally held in person, in a quiet, comfortable, public space. Each session lasts around 1 hour, and the frequency is based on your particular need, your growth, and your carer and your own availability.
Based on your situation, age, gender, and availability, we’ll match you with a trained member of our team. If you need further support during the process, you can reach us by e-mail at any time.
You’re welcome to bring almost any personal, relational, emotional, or spiritual challenge. Please note, however, that although we can provide you with pastoral care, we cannot offer professional psychological or psychiatric treatment.
This ministry is available to members of our church community, namely Mosaik members, small group participants, or those actively serving on a team. Mosaik Soul Care is offered free of charge.
